Question 1

Do I need an account to place an order?

Accepted Answer

No. Add what you want to your cart, enter your name, phone and delivery address at checkout, and place the order as a guest. An account saves your addresses and keeps your order history in one place, but it is never required.

Question 2

How do I know my order went through?

Accepted Answer

You land on a confirmation page with your order number as soon as the order is placed, and we email the same receipt to the address you gave us. If you did not see a confirmation page, the order did not go through — nothing was charged and nothing was reserved.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Call us with your order number before the order ships and we will change or cancel it. Once it is handed to the courier we cannot recall it, but you can still refuse the delivery or return it under the return policy.

Question 4

An item I want is out of stock. Can I still order it?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Out-of-stock items cannot be added to the cart, because we would rather tell you now than take your order and leave you waiting. Stock is updated as soon as new units arrive.

Question 5

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Inside Dhaka usually takes 2–3 days and outside Dhaka 4–6 days. Express delivery, where available, arrives the next day. The exact estimate for your address is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Question 6

What does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

The charge depends on where you are and which delivery method you pick. It is calculated at checkout as soon as you choose your division and district, and it appears in the order summary before you pay — never as a surprise afterwards.

Question 7

Do you deliver outside Bangladesh?

Accepted Answer

Not at the moment. We deliver across Bangladesh only.

Question 8

How do I track my order?

Accepted Answer

Open Track order, enter your order number and the phone number you ordered with, and you will see where the order has reached. You do not need to log in. If you have an account, the same information is on the order in your account area.

Question 9

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Cash on delivery, bKash and Nagad. Card payment is coming shortly. Everything is priced in Bangladeshi taka.

Question 10

How does paying with bKash or Nagad work?

Accepted Answer

Send the order total to the number shown at checkout, then enter the transaction ID on the same page. We confirm the payment against that transaction ID and then process the order. Your order is placed either way — confirmation only waits on the payment check.

Question 11

Is it safe to pay on this site?

Accepted Answer

We never see or store your card number, PIN or mobile wallet password. Card payments are handled entirely by the payment gateway, and for bKash or Nagad we only ever record the transaction ID you give us.

Question 12

Do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The confirmation email is your receipt, and the same itemised invoice is on the order page any time you open it.

Question 13

Can I return something I do not want?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within the return window in our return policy, as long as the item is unused and comes back with its box and accessories. Software, opened personal-care items and anything made to order cannot be returned.

Question 14

What if the item arrives damaged or is the wrong one?

Accepted Answer

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. A damaged or incorrect item is our mistake, so we collect it and send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Question 15

How long does a refund take?

Accepted Answer

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, refunds are sent back the way you paid. bKash and Nagad refunds usually arrive within a few working days; for a cash-on-delivery order we refund to the mobile wallet number you give us.

Question 16

Do products come with a warranty?

Accepted Answer

Warranty varies by product and is listed in the specification table on the product page, along with who honours it. Keep your invoice — a warranty claim needs it.

Question 17

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Accounts open shortly. Until then you can order, track and return as a guest using your order number and phone.

Question 18

How do I contact a person?

Accepted Answer

Use the contact form and we will reply by email, or call the number on the contact page during support hours. Include your order number if your question is about an order — it saves a round trip.
